What products can be returned?

Unwanted items. We offer a 14-day warranty on all unused, original condition and packaged items.

Damaged goods. All damaged items reported within 5 days of receipt may be returned for a full refund or replacement of the damaged item.

Please contact our customer service team and we will inform you about the next steps.

Some items may have a different return address, so please contact us before sending any product back to us.

You are responsible for any return shipping charges if the item is not damaged.
